Cancellation Policy
As a courtesy to other patients and to our staff we strictly adhere to a cancellation policy. Should you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment for any reason we require a 24 hour notice to avoid a cancelation fee. If you cancel within the 24hr notice for your appointment you will be charged 50% of your appointment fee. No call no shows will be banned from booking in the future.
Failure to show up for a scheduled session package appointment will result in forfeiture of scheduled treatment or an optional $50 buy back fee.
