Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Out of respect for our clients, waitlist guests, and our time, we require a minimum of 24 hours notice for any cancellations or appointment changes.
A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve all appointments. As a courtesy, deposits may be transferred one time to a future appointment when rescheduling requests are made at least 24 hours in advance. Any additional reschedules or cancellations will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.
Appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled start time will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service(s). Any deposit paid will be applied toward this fee. No-call, no-show appointments will result in the loss of future booking privileges.
For pre-paid package appointments, missed sessions without proper notice will be forfeited. If you wish to restore a forfeited session, a $50 reinstatement fee will apply.
